Cookie Policy

This policy explains what ALIGN stores on your device, why, for how long, and who receives it. Read it together with our Privacy Policy. The data controller is GEO NOVA SRL, identified in our Legal notice.
1. The short version
We use only strictly necessary technologies. We set no analytics, no advertising and no tracking technologies of any kind. There is no consent banner on our site, because there is nothing to consent to: consent is required for technologies that are not strictly necessary, and we use none.
If that ever changes, we will ask for your consent before setting anything, and this page will be updated first.
2. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. Similar technologies, such as local storage in your browser, work in a comparable way and are covered by the same rules. They can be set by us ("first-party") or by a service we use ("third-party").
3. What we store in the application
Once you sign in to ALIGN, your browser stores the following. All of it is strictly necessary to run the Service you asked for, so none of it requires your consent.

4. What third parties set on our website
Nothing. No third party stores anything on your device through this website, and none receives your IP address from it.
5. What we do not use
We set no analytics, no advertising or marketing technologies, no social media trackers and no cross-site tracking. We do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not sell or share your data with data brokers.
6. Controlling what is stored
You can delete or block cookies and local storage at any time through your browser settings. Because everything listed above is strictly necessary, blocking it will break parts of the Service: you may be signed out, and messages in flight may be lost.
Should we introduce anything that is not strictly necessary, we will ask for your consent by category beforehand, you will be able to refuse as easily as you accept, and you will be able to change your mind at any time.
7. Changes and contact
We will update this policy whenever what we store changes, and before the change takes effect. Each version carries a number and a date, and we keep our earlier versions so that what we stated at any point in time can be established. You can request a previous version at contact@aligngeo.com.
