Everything that governs your relationship with ALIGN, in one place. If you are evaluating ALIGN on behalf of an organization and your data protection officer needs something that is not here — a countersigned agreement, a processing record, a specific safeguard — write to contact@aligngeo.com.

• Terms of Service The agreement that governs your use of ALIGN. Applies to everyone.
• Privacy Policy What personal data we process, why, on which legal basis, and the rights you have under the GDPR.
• Consumer Terms Additional terms if you use ALIGN as a consumer: your right of withdrawal, how prices are shown to you, and how to reach the consumer mediation service. They prevail over the Terms of Service.
• Cookie Policy The cookies and similar technologies we use, by category, and how to manage your consent.
• Legal notice Who operates ALIGN: company details, registration and VAT numbers, hosting, and how to reach us.
• Data Processing Agreement For organizations that process third-party personal data with ALIGN. Forms part of the Terms and covers our obligations as your processor under Article 28 GDPR. Nothing to sign — it applies automatically.
• Sub-processors Annex 1 to the DPA: the third parties that process personal data on your behalf, where they process it, and the safeguard relied upon for any transfer outside the EEA.
• Technical and organisational measures Annex 2 to the DPA: the security measures we implement under Article 32 GDPR.
