Graticule
Draws a grid of meridians and parallels over the map, with coordinate labels along the edges. Useful for printed maps, nautical or scientific contexts, and any map where readers need a spatial reference.
Parameters
Section titled “Parameters”Enabling the widget shows the grid and puts a toggle button on the map; the grid state you leave with that button (shown or hidden) is what end-users start from.

| Grid spacing | Automatic (adapts to the zoom level) or a fixed interval in degrees. |
| Line style | Color, width, opacity, and dashed or solid lines. |
| Labels | Show or hide coordinate labels, decimal degrees or degrees/minutes/seconds, labelled edges, color and size. |
| End-user adjustments | Choose, setting by setting, which of the eleven grid settings end-users can tweak from the widget. Their tweaks last for their session only. |
| Position | The map corner the widget button lives in. |
What end-users see
Section titled “What end-users see”A grid icon in the corner you picked toggles the graticule — without touching your configuration. When you exposed settings, a small panel opens beside the button with just those controls — everything else stays as you published it.
